Each individual producer will have their own page on our
web-site to track the status of pending business. Upon submission of your first piece of business after
July 01, 2004,
Jennifer Westervelt will assign your web page address and email you a link to
that page (or send it by another method if you do not have
email).
Each producer's individual page will be updated at least
once per week. Please visit your page to check status on your cases. Anything outstanding, whether needed from the producer,
the client, or the home office will be posted. Please understand, for
security reasons and privacy consideration, we will not post personal client
information, with the exception of the client's last name and first initial.

You can't get to YOUR OWN
pending business page directly from our website. That would not be
secure for our agents! Each agent has their own web page that is only accessible
using their personalized web address, like the example above.
